​We do our best to ensure the best quality in every order. However, due to the nature of our services some products are exempt return and cancelation.

Given that when you purchase MeFirst and the Self-guided workbook the products are delivered immediately, MeFirst and the self-guided workbook are not subject to return or cancelation except under the following conditions:

• Technical difficulties preventing access to content, caused by us and not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

• Billing errors or unauthorized charges.

Only under these circumstances you can contact us within the following 14 days after the purchase to: irakaempowerment@gmail.com.  We will look into your situation, decide and will notify you.
