> Please note that due to the nature of our services, some products are exempt return and cancelation.

 

​1. Given that when you purchase MeFirst and the Self-guided workbook the products are delivered immediately, MeFirst and the self-guided workbook are not subject to return or cancelation except under the following conditions:

​

• Technical difficulties preventing access to content, caused by us and not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

• Billing errors or unauthorized charges.

Only under these circumstances you can contact us within the following 14 days after the purchase to: irakaempowerment@gmail.com.  We will look into your situation, decide and will notify you.

2. For other physical purchases as Calendars, Therapeutic cards, notebooks etc, these conditions apply:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original package (if applies) 

• Items must be complete as received

• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery day to: Rijndijkstraat 70, 2313NL Leiden The Netherlands.

• The cost of this return must be covered by the client. If eligible for return, the replacement will be free.
